I was a part of the Asset Tactics Development team within Asset Optimization, where we drove significant improvements in preventive maintenance strategies for existing equipment. Leveraged insights from the PM Effectiveness report shared by the Work Management team, recommendations from the Defect Elimination & Condition Monitoring team, and performance evaluations of critical equipment. Developed comprehensive PM plans, conducted FMEA, and curated critical spare parts lists for new equipment. Implemented performance metrics for both new and modified equipment, executed equipment criticality analyses, and applied optimization techniques for preventive maintenance on critical equipment.

Improved the Mean Time between consecutive failures in the CCR plant, extending it from 16 to 36 hours. This effort resulted in a 10MT increase in yearly production and a cost savings of 210 Lakh. The enhancements involved refined inventory planning, choosing OEM products over local vendors, optimizing the PM strategy, and adjusting operating parameters in consultation with an SMS consultant.

• Performed a detailed analysis of RTO & Re-Attempt orders using MySQL, customer wish master interaction recording, geo-fake data & buy taking information from the ground team & come up with a way to decrease the Re-Attempt Cases by 1%.• With the help of Tableau made improvements in visualizations grocery live dashboard & made live monitoring easier with the help of auto-email-alarm system.
