I have worked in the Software industry for over 8 years, ultimately gaining experience on every front of building applications right from scratch. Over the years, I have been fortunate enough to work on several platforms of Java, some product-based, others open-source (service-based). This has given me enough exposure and confidence to be able to work on any Java-based framework introduced to me. To mention a few open-source frameworks that I have hands-on experience on are: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Google Web Toolkit, VueJS and Struts. As I have worked with Nuance communications, an IVR company, for several years now, I have gained exposure to VoiceXML, Nuance development framework, State-engine and Open Dialog Module. These frameworks help us customize our Voice applications for influential clients like Airlines, Banks and Telecoms.Since the past 3 years, my role was evolved to that of a Development Manager where I was responsible for steering entire applications from end-to-end. My team consisted of 5 people and together we have delivered more than 3 applications with high-quality and robust code while receiving immense appreciation from onshore teams.Right now, I am pro-actively looking for something exciting in my career so a good job hunt is on. A dynamic role in a team that is constantly encouraging employees to be creative in their approach would be a good fit. I am always looking for something interesting to work on and research usually keeps my mind happy.I love travelling and eating my way through the places I visit. In my spare time, I love to read. Some of my favorite reads include Harry Potter, Animal farm and The Kite Runner. I also speak four languages fluently (English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati) but French is my one true love and I am trying my best to be good at it.
