As a Managing Consultant, carved out a new vertical at Vahura for Business Development and Client Solutions. Changed and implemented new internal strategies on pricing and pitching for more retained assignments. Steered the process from farming the existing clients to more aggressively hunting new, high value mandates and also researching and seeding for future business.
