Key Responsibilities 1. Modelling, Analysis and Design of Residential Projects.2. Modelling and Analysis of Towers in ETABS and changes to be adopted in the model as per the Architectural requirements by satisfying all the structural requirements and mode shapes.3. Preparation of SPR(Structural performance report).4. Design of Slabs,Beams, Columns, Shear walls, Staircase,Retaining wall, underground tank, over head tanks etc and coordinating with the drafting team for the Preparation of drawings.5.Modelling, Analysis and design of Raft Foundation in SAFE.6. Coordinating with the Drafting team for the Preparation of the schedules of slabs, Beams, Columns, Shear walls etc.and also during the Preparation and finalizing of GA's and GFC's.Key Projects:1.Prateek Grand City: Project consists of 12 Towers with G+30 and above.2.APEX-Project Consists of 5 Towers with G+30 and above.3.Mahagun-Project consists of 9 Towers with G+30 and above
