Handling of Sab(TV) daily content - Apply sensibility to decide and vet material before they go to air on the Network’s channels and keep abreast of daily events that may have implications on the channel’s decisions on its content and policies.- Responsible to safe guard the channel’s interests from the on-air censorship perspective.- Drafting show specific guidelines for new storyline keeping in mind the theme and genre of the show.- Regular vetting of shows, promos, movies for India & International feeds according to the guidelines as prescribed by the various governing bodies of the countries.- S&P evaluation for on location shoots.

- Scouting new ideas and pitch for development.- Creative writing on episode and their synopsis and handle the presentation for each episode be it narration or storytelling- To conduct regular brainstorming sessions with the outhouse producer & writers for the storyline, styling, casts & technical crew.- To consult the producer on the storyline through the regular meetings to incorporate viewership trends into the story.- To evaluate the feasibility of various dimensions relating to a show.- Supervise episode narrations with Producer and internal Team members.- Working and giving approvals on the screenplay, dialogue, styling, location shoots, and crew members.- Oversee the production budget and find new vendors for Tie-Ups including the technical crew members.- Coordinating with the vendors to get the best set up on a minimal budget with the best quality.- Holding internal meetings with the legal and production for clarity on legal grounds.- Licensing the content for overseas markets.- Sorting out issues with the team and overseeing the operations and dealing with technicalities.- Ensuring creativity is enhanced in marketing and other promotional activities.- Checking masters for any errors and providing further ratification.- Acquiring new concepts for the international market.- Supervise -Media Planning and developing of a content strategy for pitching shows to OTT platform for India (Netflix/Hotstar/Amazon) & International markets.
