I am a social entrepreneur and intrapreneur experienced in strategy and organisational development, partnerships, operations, brand building and fundraising. I’ve been an active leader in education and youth empowerment over 15 years and have led organizations impacting 500,000+ youth across 25 countries in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and the US. I have worked in life skills development for children and youth using creative mediums like sports, music, and STEAM. I have also initiated projects focused on gender equality and mental health. Having partnered and engaged with premier academic institutions like IIT Bombay and MIT (Media Labs), multinational companies like Google and PEPSICO, and local as well as national governments, I bring well-rounded perspectives and experiences to start and grow organizations. I am currently building Launch Girls to economically empower adolescent girls across Southeast Asia and Africa using entrepreneurial education so they can access the workforce, gain financial independence, and break cycles of poverty and inequality for generations to come.
