As a Security and Engineering leader, I foster environments where innovation around engineering and security are encouraged. I am invested in the growth of my team that is responsible for Security assessments, penetration testing, web endpoint scanning and driving security awareness programs. I am specifically passionate about Third party(3P) security or supplier security. Beyond code reviews and tool scans, I find interest in identifying areas and patterns that can be recognized in the changing era of cybersecurity. In my current role, i focus on scaling security and compliance for our programs. I possess excellent leadership skills combined with a history of producing outstanding results working on numerous complex projects simultaneously while adhering to tight time frames or shifting priorities at multiple global sites using both Agile and waterfall methodologies across various industries including retail, insurance, health care, government, healthcare provider, investment banking and non-profit organizations.
