I am a chartered construction manager and a certified program and project management professional with over twelve years of experience in leading and delivering complex projects and programs in diverse sectors. As a PMO expert, I manage projects and programs from pre-initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business strategy, benefits realization, and stakeholder satisfaction. I also support and monitor the compliance of project and program managers with the PMO governance model, and prepare and present information for project requests and business cases. Additionally, I manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and aggregate project reporting details into dashboards for decision making.
