Aligned business plans of individual oil and utility installations with the company’s strategic vision.Developed and implemented business processes and management systems into the newly formed Power Systems Engineering Department with over 200 local and expat staff.

Liaised with key stakeholders on 11Kv/33Kv Network refurbishment programme for Scottish Power. Optimised business processes from initial asset inspection through to delivery of final design package to construction contractor.Designed new data collection software and protocol for inspection subcontractor (thus reducing errors) and new automatic pricing software (thus improving productivity) for construction contractor.

Personally responsible for the planning and implementation of the inspection of 400,000 overhead power line assets for Central Electric UK.Planned and coordinated a team to map 95,000 km of overhead power lines which covered 25,000 sq.km of Northern England.Planned, coordinated and managed 50+ field staff to undertake inspections of the overhead power lines. Negotiated 6-month contract extension to undertake additional work on the overhead power lines, once initial contract was completed successfully.
