ANC Decorators was created in September 1999 as a partnership with my brother, which became a limited company in October 2005. My duties over the 9 years was to ensure that all customers experienced 100% customer satisfaction and this was achieve through ensuring that all decorators where reliable and the delivery of workmanship was of an excellent standard. I used to set up payments and set targets each week for sales. I would arrange invoicing and ensure payments where on time. Every contract had its own specification and program. I would be at the start of every job to meet the customer and supply the decorator with all the materials for that contract. ANC Decorators increased its sales year on year and peaking around £700,000 per annum. I was also in charge of sourcing materials and tools to ensure the best possible prices and quality. I was responsible for 20 decorators.

My responsibilities were to manage large scale refurbishments to the value of £1million. This included their program, conception and completion. I would report to the Contracts Manager on a weekly basis which included the amount of trades on site and the work in progress, if we were on program and when the expected refurbishment was to complete. I managed up to 8 trades at any one time and I coordinated all trades to program and ensured they followed the agreed specification.

My duties was to ensure that all customers experienced 100% customer satisfaction and this was achieve through ensuring that all decorators where reliable and the delivery of workmanship was of an excellent standard. I used to set up payments and set targets each week for sales and program all clients on a schedule. I would arrange invoicing and ensure payments where on time. I would ensure that I was at the start of every job and that the decorator had all materials available. I was responsible for 10 decorators. Value £500,000.

I was based at the News International paper press phase 2 project, for the new offices above the existing paper press. My duties included valuations, ensuring program budgets where meet and attended site meetings with all contractors.

I was employed to work on the 4 Corners project for British Airways, my main duties where producing cost plans based on Architects drawings, site visits and producing valuations. I also worked on Granada Motorways Services digitizing large areas for the production of bills of quantities, this also included onsite measurements and valuations
