Over 40 years’ involvement in the Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Industries, in Construction and Operations & Maintenance and extensive knowledge/participation of Shutdown/Turnaround both onshore & offshore in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Exposure to both brown-field and new build-projects. Self-motivated with a strong background in EPC and FEED Management. I’m capable of self-supervision and organisation of Project workforce. I pride myself with excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills experienced in dealing with multi-national, differing cultures, experiences, backgrounds and like to invite ideas and perspectives into daily conversations.I’m diligent on close out of work, making sure all avenues are checked and signed off by the proper authorities, work packs and management of change are adhered too. I pride myself on being able to facilitate meetings so they are interesting, informative and above all - don’t drag on! SAP and Maximo trained with a good understanding of Primavera and detailed planning techniques.I pride myself on spotting emerging talent within the workforce and look for individuals or groups who show enthusiasm and a will to learn and progress themselves. I find each day a new and exciting challenge particularly working with various engineering, design teams and leading execution delivery from work definition through to close-out.
