I am an Associate at AHR who has developed an extensive knowledge within the transport sector. In this role I have led a team of surveyors from project inception through to construction completion. I have produced detailed programmes for various rail sector clients, taking into account their budget and timescale. Through my considerable transport experience, I have worked closely with Great Western Railway, West Yorkshire Combined Authority and South Yorkshire PTE. Throughout this I have developed a thorough understanding of the transportation sector environments and requirements.I have developed my experience with taking projects from inception to completion. Roles have included all aspects of building surveying from specification writing and detailed drawing production, together with contract administration from pre to post contract stages.On many projects I have been involved with the production of initial feasibility studies and refurbishment packages. I've produced a wide range of stock condition surveys for various clients, which have been for planning, maintenance and budgeting purposes.
