Booking Manager
Current• Create offers for concerts in arenas, amphitheaters, and stadiums, leveraging data analysis to set budgets, ticket prices, artist deals, and projected sales and contribution margins.• Maintain strategic overview of concert operations, orchestrating complex logistical decisions amidst a fast-paced environment. Serve as the key liaison of FPC Live with venue and tour management teams, and conduct settlement of final sales, expenses, and profits among all parties.• Provide data driven insight to Live Nation national and global touring teams on local sales history, budgeting, venue availability, and concert traffic, and implementing strategies to enhance ticket sales.• Build and maintain strong relationships with artist and venue management in amphitheaters, arenas, and 40,000 capacity stadiums in Wisconsin, producing shows such as Bruce Springsteen, Drake, KISS, P!NK, and many more.• Communicate essential logistical information including show confirmations, onsales, staffing needs, and budgets, to internal and external marketing, ticketing, finance, and production departments.• Selected for Live Nation’s NextGen program, an 8 month company-wide leadership training for high potential leaders focused on strategic decision making, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills and concluding with a capstone presentation to Live Nation executive leadership.
