In 2014 I made the decision to split the ever-growing consultancy services from my other business [NGTC Ltd] into a separate entity. Along with the training business this continues to thrive in an ever changing, often financially challenged industry and at a time of new learning and understanding requirements due to legislative change.Major.

The training business, NGTC Ltd, was developed around the provision of temporary traffic management training and consultancy to various clients and as a result of the relationships formed through a high standard of provision of services, in 2014 I decided to split out the consultancy side of the business to NGC Ltd, and brought on 2 co-owners of NGTC Ltd.

Early in 2001 I was approached by NDC NZ Ltd and offered the position of Construction Manager for the TelstraSaturn underground fibre optic cable network project in the Wellington CBD. Management and training of sub-contractors and designated staff, liaison with the client, councils, utility providers and suppliers were the main tasks involved alongside.
