Started as HSK Employee at HIEX Sunshine Coast. Due to my performance, I was offered part time supervisor in January, initially helping to cover shortfalls in management and a long leave of absence of other members.I was able then to upskill to learn management skills and new computer systems. Managed up to 8 team members a day, ensuring quality delivery of required stocks to HIEX Sunshine, our employer, in a timely manner, as well as managing stock levels to ensure the hotel was maintained to the highest levels as per our contract.
