This includes not only ensuring that cash is sitting in the right entity at the right time, but also assessing the most favorable markets to raise capital whether they be US or international.• Oversight and management of all tax audits and controversy work.• Responsible for the footnote and effective tax rate analysis in 10Q and 10K SEC filings.• Work with the company’s investor relations group to clearly communicate the financial status and strategies of the company to the investment community at large.
