Completed the M7U upgrade (Rotary Die cut machine development) and AISS (Online Vision inspection system design) project successfully. Job duty includes,- Project Management & Reporting Global resource communication within Brady Corporation.- Developing core algorithm of the Die cut machine. motor control technique developing.- MCU control system development.- Developing Die cut process & making Technical decisions. Vision system development.- Developing smart tension & re-registration system.- Quality, cost & budget control & verification plan，.- Interface and coordinate any support from company, mainly from Industry, Supply Chain and Logistics, Commercial quality, etc.- Product EHS design & Product TrainingsCompleted Project includes,- VDM, Auto imaging capture system.- Testbed, a new generation of the rotary die cut machine with PLC control system.- M7, 7 station rotary die cut machine upgrade.

Beijing Siemens Cerberus Electronics Ltd (Siemens Building Technology). Worked as a R&D Hardware Engineer. I was the System Architect & Project Leader for the FC10 & FC360 project. Job duty includes,- Project Management, Global resource communication & coordination within Siemens.- Hardware feasibility research to balance cost and function. - Electronic Hardware design, including Schematics & PCB design & review. Embedded system design & testing- Supervise the Test & qualification department on new products.- Assist and supervise the manufacturing processCompleted Project includes,- FMS8000 (Fire Management System).- 24V to 5V DC-DC Switching power supply.- FC10, a series of low cost, reliable fire control panels for the EU market.- FC360, a fire control panel with low cost and high quality requirements, which needs to comply with UL standards. Hardware is based on ARM9 AT91SAM9G20, with NAC, DACT, City tie, Ethernet and other peripherals.

Worked as Telemetry Engineer, TexoNet Ltd (Edinburgh, UK). Texonet is closely related with Scottish Water and Scottish Water Solutions, as well as other Scottish Water sub contractors such as Carillion, BiWater, GMJV and Black & Veatch. Key duty includes,- Programming and Commissioning of Dynamic Logic and Regin Exomatic Telemetry Outstations for water / waste water treatment stations.- Configurations and Commissioning of the Bristol Babcock Open Enterprise System; Testing and Fault Diagnosis of installed telemetry systems on site.- Re-configuration, and re-commissioning of legacy telemetry and Instrumentation installations.- Fault diagnosis and repair of manufacturing process equipment.- Working in Hazardous Environments – Process.
