Duties:- Manage large scale construction projects (government & commercial) from concept design to construction.- Effectively lead and manage a team of trademen.- Manage and Program all incoming construction projects.- Implement and maintain quality control (i.e. documenting OHS procedures, analysing and managing risk, conducting site inspections).- Estimation of projects (on average $200K p/project).- Collate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and arrange allocation of trades on jobs.Major Accomplishment- Manufactured and Installed 13 Swarovski stores across Australia, having sourced and converted $2million in work.
