* Formalize Ticket-To-Work and Work Opportunity Tax Credit requirements.* Facilitate all TTW training for Suitability Clearance through Social Security Administration.* Mentor candidates about the TTW program & risks/benefits of leaving cash benefits & becoming self-sufficient.* Administer initial intake and assist candidates with Individualized Work Plan (IWP), following SSA Guidelines.* Ensure appropriate data collection and follow-up with all TTW participants which includes submission to SSA.* Maximize participants' level of ability & readiness for work as well as physical and mental capabilities.* Orchestrate job readiness skills training in areas of resume preparation, interviewing and job search techniques.* Navigate career counseling and job coaching; coordinates job skills training with participant employment plans.* Arrange interviews with employers and works with participants on job retention issues.* Coordinate with state, veteran, community and private employment resources to assure participant access.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Identification of key open categories and corresponding companies that may have interest in MIII Sports athletes to accomplish its advertising and marketing goals• Development of a sales pipeline• Outreach to sales prospects and key contacts within said categories and companies• Pursuit of prospects through initial contact as well as strategy behind, development of and delivery of sales presentations• Coordinate site visits and manage client logistics for major sporting calendar events including Kickoff, NBA All Star, MLB All Star NFL Super Bowl, Bowl Games, MLB Spring Training, NBA/NFL Draft, NHL Stanley Cup, Madden Bowl, Kickoff Eve, Pro Bowl, Draft pre/post-event functions and NFL/NBA/NHL/MLB/MLS games etc.• Support efforts to identify opportunities for business growth• Negotiation of and execution of contracts• Establishment of and building of relationships with vendors/partners/players/celebrities/prospects and sports agencies alike• Day-to-day interface with Partners, Athlete Clients, Agencies and others as needed to help build and maintain best in class marketing partnerships to achieve client objectives• Responsible for procuring Agent/Player gifts/Training Camp gift bags, giveaways, etc.• Identifying relevant opportunities that support strategic recommendations for the clients• Drafting of deal memos, status reports, etc. as well as tracking of sales prospects and updates• Responsibility for meeting aggressive value targets within MIII Sports' portfolio • Value to include revenue generation, value in kind, budget relief with existing corporate partners• Maintenance of strong relationships with all MIII Sports Clients, Corporate partners, agents, prospects and internal departments across multiple business line, to drive strategic, operational and event planning activities

* Engage clients and establish trusting, collaborative relationships directed toward the goal of competitive employment in community job settings with other workers who do not necessarily have disabilities.* Assist clients in obtaining information about their benefits (e.g., SSI, Medicaid, etc.) and how they will be affected by employment in order for clients to make good decisions about employment opportunities. * Assess clients' vocational functioning on ongoing basis utilizing background information and work experiences. * Conduct job development and job search activities directed toward positions that are individualized. * Provide individualized follow-along supports to assist clients in maintaining employment.* Use a variety of methods to provide outreach.* Generate job opportunities and resources through outreach with employers in various industries.
