As a key member of an agile lead team, I concentrated on the application lifecycle, administering DDI solutions using Blox One and Infoblox appliances. I leveraged security tools such as Arbor Cloud, CloudFlare WAF, Magic Transit, Tufin, Thousand Eyes, and Aruba ClearPass to enhance application functionality. My responsibilities also included managing day-to-day operations and providing tier 3 support for the Global Operations Center. I adeptly handled firewall solutions including ASA, FTD, and Palo Alto Networks, and configured network switching and routing using technologies from Cisco, Arista, and Viptela. Additionally, I implemented and supported wireless technologies from Aruba, Cisco, and Cisco Meraki, and managed load balancing with F5 LTM and GTM, all within a hybrid cloud architecture spanning private on-premises and AWS cloud environments.

I collaborated with Network Operations (NetOps) to resolve global operational issues and managed WildFire and Panorama software for firewall oversight. I coordinated WAN implementations and IPv4/IPv6 technologies with ARIN and implemented edge Access Control Lists (ACLs) while maintaining wired and wireless networks. My role included working with vendors for product procurement and technical support, as well as designing, implementing, and documenting Layer 2 (L2) and Layer 3 (L3) network architectures.I directed a hardware refresh project at Nagra USA, modernizing network infrastructure with Cisco Nexus 7Ks and 2Ks. I identified and addressed critical issues with unmanaged switches, enhancing network performance and compliance. I oversaw network software maintenance, including revision testing and code implementation, and provided troubleshooting support for network issues across sites in the Americas. I also served as a liaison for non-IT units, managed firewall setups for various networks, and enforced policy controls and VPN configurations, working with PAN-OS versions 7.1 to 8.0.8.

I designed, implemented, and documented Layer 2 (L2) and Layer 3 (L3) network solutions, including edge and internal firewalls. I maintained and updated network software, conducted revision testing, and implemented code changes while ensuring NIST and HIPAA compliance. My responsibilities also included documenting and configuring load balancer revisions, performing application testing, and developing web filtering solutions. I created and documented various Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and managed migration testing for firewall software versions 8.4 to 9.0+.I led the migration of a 50-rack data center to a 2-rack colocation facility at Technical Business and Consulting, developing a strategy that minimized downtime and ensured high operational continuity. This project resulted in significant cost savings, enhanced scalability, and improved reliability. I also established a robust data management infrastructure to support company growth and improve IT operations. Additionally, I managed and configured Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, and SonicWall firewalls, oversaw FirePower and PAN OS configurations, and designed NXOS configurations for data centers. I configured Nexus 7K and 5K switches, implemented managed remote device VPN solutions, and deployed SolarWinds monitoring solutions. I managed all project stages, including resource allocation and procurement, and documented the entire development and execution process.
