We’re doing some great and exciting things at the moment, as we embrace a more digital retail environment and Turbocharge M&S.com for the future. As an experienced manager with a strong reputation for delivering results in the Retail Industry, I have a strong operational background covering store management, cost management, customer service and people management. This has been developed from a Store Manager career spanning 10 years, through to 10 years in Digital roles in M&S.com including Commercial, Operations and Post Purchase experience.In addition, my external involvement for over 10 years has been with the Oxford Summer School for Retailers. My involvement has included being a facilitator and for two years I was the Chairman of the Foundation Programme. To undertake this role epitomises for me my passion for the development of others.
