Managed multiple operations across Central Fl. I was a mid-level manager responsible for multiple 24- hour operations with over 200 employees and a $1m-plus monthly budget. Worked collaboratively with various departments including Industrial Engineering, Transportation, Operations, Human Resources, Labor and Loss Prevention. In addition to all aspects of the pick-up and delivery drivers, I was responsible for business development, customer relations, all aspects of vehicle and employee safety training, performance, DOT regulation and compliance, security and public affairs which included contact with local, state and federal elected officials.
