Professional Chef / Event Industry
CurrentFor over 30 years, I've worked as a professional chef. During 2K period, I've worked in the event industry, starting at Paramount Pictures. I've worked in the capacity of Quality Control Representative, Event Management, and a series of all jobs associated with event work such as: Event Chef, Captain, Event Coordinator & Logistics and Bartending...many hats, many demands. Currently, I work for Sodexo as Head Chef of the Baking Department at a prestigious university. I have a deep passion for writing and I am currently working on a bio for a upcoming artist.
