I act for Claimants and Defendants in claims involving the RTA, EL/PL, OLA, and the FAA and I accept instructions on the small claims track, fast track and the multi-track. I am happy to accept instructions under a CFA.I am actively building a practice in most areas of civil litigation having represented parties in clinical negligence, PPI mis-selling, housing disrepair, credit hire and contractual disputes. I am currently instructed on several cases pleaded in excess of £100,000 and have drafted schedules of loss exceeding £500,000. My practice is national and I am always happy to travel to court and to meet clients at their home if required.
