The position involved maintaining all aspects of Information Systems and Technology for the business. This included coordinating with third party vendors for phone and data services at all our locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. I was also responsible for picking out software and other IT services that we used for day to day operations. These decisions were presented to the organizations management and executive teams to show the increased productivity and reduction in overall IT costs once implemented.

This was my first position with QMES, LLC. I was responsible for allocating payments to invoices that were sent to insurance companies and patients, analyzing those payments to make sure they were correct, and providing reporting to management on our financial progress. I was also responsible for working accounts receivable, providing business reports regarding revenue growth and sales productivity, and figuring out ways to improve operational processes to speed up reimbursement or productivity within the organization.
