Project Manager on several IM&T and clinical projects across several areas, in a wide variety of health care settings. Experience working with varying staff groups from Executive teams to Clinicians.

Worked on several projects designed to deliver improvement and cost savings at Warwick District Council. Including E-Learning implementation, Council tax reduction scheme and a Catering Framework.

My role at the institute is that of an associate project manager where my duties involve being a programme facilitator on numerous service improvement programmes. These programmes aims are to deliver high quality services to patients of the NHS through innovation, quality and saving costs. I look after a numerous NHS organisations on these programmes. I manage their projects alongside their organisational service improvement lead from the beginning to the end. At the start of these projects I organise the organisations so that they are prepared to begin these training programmes and have the ability to see them through to the end. I deliver the training either at our host site or at various venues across the country. I correspond with all delegates requesting information or evidence of success of the programme. I also market are programmes to the NHS across the country at various events through discussions, networking events and leadership programmes.

I was on and completed the NHS graduate management trainee scheme which ran for two years. My placements are also on my profile.
