Over the last 20+ years of experience in Business, which includes a combination of hands on experience with - the nuts & bolts of things, parts, service, sales, HR, admin, management, technology, the list goes on, as well as owning my own business. That was a blast and a huge learning curve. I have trained dozens of people, fired people, lead and built teams. I have been humbled and developed a deep respect for every role. From the Person that takes out the trash, to the Owner’s. We all have our strengths and weaknesses, as we find out where we can succeed, and help others succeed. Ultimately, I’ve found that we all share something in common. We are all human. We all try to work hard to provide.We all have our passions, hobbies, interests, likes and dislikes. Each person has something unique and valuable to add. Don’t underestimate your peer or the person below you. Failures don’t define you, they grow you. Success is the reward of seeing how far we have come and how much we have learned, and helped other people along the way, after owning and acknowledging the failures we’ve suffered, while giving credit to those who have helped along the way. Every season is a blessing. It’s the journey not the goal..I’m working with an amazing team that has the same core values that I believe in. It’s been awesome to see how such a diverse group can all chip in and win as a team. Teamwork makes the dream work! Period. Life can seem complicated, it’s actually pretty simple.. Be kind, help others, listen, and have compassion.
