Ordering and management of supply of aircraft spare parts and cabin fit-out parts for Qantas fleet, specifically for the preparation of new Airbus A330 and A380 models, plus some Boeing spares.Wrote a new freight agreement with Federal Express for the A380 in flight entertainment products delivered from Panasonic to drop-ship locations.Improved the logistics plan for the off-shore A380 refurbishment program.Negotiated the solution of many product supply problems to obtain compliance with CASA documentation rules.Suggested several of the changes presently completed by Qantas as part of its modernisation program: the refurbishment of the hangars facing the Sydney domestic terminal; pre-placement of forecast requisite bulk spares for aircraft scheduled maintenance tasks; and the ageing staff base.

Managing the purchasing and logistics for computer equipment, consumer white and brown goods, including supplier management, forecasting, writing and negotiating of contracts for purchase, sale and maintenance. Also managing the master data files for all products under three successive operating systems: Pronto, MFGPro and Oracle.
