As Principal Advisor - Change Consultant for Compass Education, and previously as State Manager, I support my team to assist schools in adopting Compass as a solution platform to manage whole school management processes. I bring 23 years of public education experience to my role as Principal Advisor - Change Consultant. During those years I worked across leadership positions in West Australian rural and city schools, and within Department of Education Central Office leadership roles. As the Principal Advisor - Change Consultant, I support school leadership teams in all public school types across Western Australia to manage changes as part of rolling out Compass. Specifically, I help school leaders to overcome the challenges surrounding implementation across their school and strategically plan the rollout of the Compass platform through a scheduled training program. By sharing change management advice as a trusted advisor, school leaders are provided with an implementation road map that considers all factors. Finally, woven into this process, I guide leadership teams to understand the time and cost-saving benefits within Compass, and also more importantly, I assist leaders to develop and improve their school.
