Specialising in Careers Consultancy with twenty-five years’ experience in careers delivery, careers management, caseload management and accounts management. I am passionate about enabling young people to achieve their potential. My successes include: preparing schools and careers staff for Ofsted Inspections and Matrix Assessments.I am adept with multi project management methodologies including performance management and contributing to school reviews and partnership agreements.My expertise extends to auditing, observation of staff and pupils, training, report writing, recruitment and company redundancy processes. Having worked for twenty-five years in the careers sector as a Careers Adviser, Careers Manager and more recently an Independent Careers Consultant. In 2020, I trained to deliver Morrisby assessments.In my current role, I deliver careers advice to school students aged 11 – 18 years, supporting with GCSE options, post 16 options, higher education options, Apprenticeships, alternative education as well as supporting students with personal statements and applications. I also liaise with local businesses, for work placements and to support the school’s careers programme.
