My geological proficiencies and passions lie in using detailed subsurface mapping, insightful data analysis and interpretation to generate, or advance, oil and gas prospects and plays to produce tangible, profitable results for the owners and their investors. I have done this with small companies and mid-size companies. As my career progressed I expanded my geological interests and oversight to include all components of upstream oil and gas operations including geology, geophysics, land, engineering, regulatory, and legal that encompassed both exploration and development phases. My interpersonal skills can get you the partners and the results you need.I communicate effectively in a team setting or in an individual setting through presentations, written reports, and general discussion.Expertise for your projects: * Geology and Geological Interpretation * Subsurface Mapping and Interpretation * Detailed Field Mapping * Full Basin Analysis * Data Collection * Data Analysis * Data Interpretation * Well Log Analysis * PetraI am currently seeking new opportunities for virtual (remote) work.A few career highlights:At Sylvan Energy I built the company from the ground up. In three years we grew Sylvan’s net reserves base to 93 MMBOE (documented by an independent third-party reservoir engineering firm) with a total potential of 261 MMBOE, on our 70,000-acre leased position with 2,000 wells’ inventory defined by 2,800 mi2 of 3D.At Texas Keystone I managed the team that increased Texas Keystone’s average per well reserves 65% while adding over 50,000 acres in the Marcellus and Utica fairways. Simultaneously, I served as the Vice President of Exploration & Production for Gulf Keystone Petroleum leading to GKP's successful commercial launch onto the London Stock Exchange - AIM with a $107 million IPO.I directed all phases of 8 proprietary 3D seismic programs (a combined 525 mi2) for Forcenergy Inc. Managed permitting and technical preparation for acquisition, guided the 3D seismic interpretation and evaluation, supervised leasing, and the subsequent property development for all 8 programs.Led the team that found, drilled, and developed Anadarko Petroleum’s >840 BCFGE EUR Gulf of Mexico (GOM) discovery, the Matagorda Island 622/623 Field. Achieved a 67% exploratory success rate in the offshore GOM.

Generate profitability and predictable returns to prospect owners and to their investors.Accomplishments:** Assisted in the sale of two North Louisiana drilling projects with a prominent Shreveport operator that included 1) horizontal development of a well-known conventional oil field with the potential to drill up to 10 Lower Tuscaloosa Sands wells with EURs of 486,000 BO per well, and 2) a two-well, 8,100 ft. Hosston Sand prospect with 5 to 8 BCF per well potential and discounted 18 months payout forecast at $2.00/MCF.** Mapped and appraised over 30 prospective acquisitions in the Illinois Basin and originated opportunities for immediate increase in cash flow from exploratory drilling upside, enhanced oil recovery (EOR) opportunities, and shallow horizontal drilling development.** Delivered a calculated average return on investment (ROI) for the portfolio of nearly 600% and built a proprietary database that integrated all available well data in order to expedite and improve project mapping and analyses.** Performed detailed valuations, including reservoir engineering and costs analyses, of the top 16 projects with P1 reserves potential of 13.1 MMBO for an acquisition cost of $5.0 MM.** Mapped, analyzed, and developed shallow conventional oil and gas drilling opportunities in northwestern Pennsylvania consisting of thousands of acres in conjunction with local operators and land owners. These prospects included unique acreage acquisitions that were undrilled in the oil and gas rich shallow Upper Devonian sands above the Marcellus Shale. -

Built 70,000 acres controlled position with inventory of over 2,000 oil and gas well locations in 1) the Gulf Coast Onshore (4 producing properties and 3 exploratory prospects defined by 2,800 square miles of 3D seismic), 2) the Appalachian Basin (4 producing areas), 3) the Michigan Basin (6 exploratory prospects), and 4) the Illinois Basin (1 producing property).** Obtained $43.5 MM of private investment capital to fund the growth of Sylvan, creating net P1-Proved Reserves base of 93 MMBOE, documented by independent third party reservoir engineering firm, supporting a total potential of 261 MMBOE.** Recruited and brought on stellar Board of Directors, recruited expert management team, hired over 50 employees.** Divested 10,000 net acres (na) of deep rights in the Appalachian Basin for $18,000,000 (acquired for less than $500,000) to an active Utica and Marcellus explorer, while retaining all rights to drill and produce on this acreage from the shallow low-risk, low-cost oil-rich Upper Devonian sands.
