Specific duties I hold: - Acting as first point of contact for student queries ensuring timely responses back to the students. -- Answer administrative and pastoral queries, either via email or posting messages on the Moodle Virtual Learning Environment.- Collaborate with other DL Office staff, LSHTM staff and University of London International Programmes’ staff in the admin of exams, assignments and project reports. Admin of the electronic Assignment and Examinations Management Systems, monitoring and taking prompt action to maintain consistency and accuracy of the data.- Assisting in the compilation of marks/grades and papers, and their subsequent distribution to External Examiners and members of the Exam Board. - Assisting with the maintenance of highly accurate and up to date records of student registration details, assignment and exam grades, and student progression on student records systems.- Providing student data and information to the Programme Administration Manager/Director/Project Organisers as required.- Assist in the preparation of papers, attendance at and minuting of Programme Committee meetings, Exam Board meetings. Update the Student and Tutor database. Update of the programme and module Moodle sites including module conferences, online tutorial sessions, and website pages as required.
