Head of two specialist teams who provide a prompt accident investigation service to solicitors and insurance companies. This service includes all aspects of post accident investigation where evidence gathered is used to produce court compliant reports and statements for use in civil courts and tribunals, alongside an effective fraud prevention and investigation function.APU also created the groundbreaking web based database, BasicHireRate.com which provides geo-comparative vehicle hire rates to all business sectors involved in the Credit Hire industry.The database allows subscribers to compile comprehensive reports on vehicle availability, price and the number of rental sources for a specific time period and location.

Detective Inspector directing a team of over 50 officers responsible for the investigation of all reported offences in Solihull Borough,West Midlands .As the police lead, and founder of Solihull Independent Advisory Group, helped improve public involvement in policing, through greater transparency and accountability to maximise performance.Retired in May 2012 with 30 years exemplary service.
