I am an experienced manufacturing engineering manager. I have been fortunate throughout my career to be involved with leading the delivery of many difficult transformational projects. I currently lead a highly able team and manage a multi-million pound workshop to develop world leading additive 3D capabilities to repair aero-engine components. I am adept at establishing and coaching cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions. I am passionate about developing people to release their potential. I am a trained high performance coach. I have a wealth of manufacturing engineering experience. My problem solving skills are first class. I have the perspective to think ahead but love keeping things simple. I have a thirst for data that drives process understanding. My business and technical programme management skills are of a high standard; learnt by working alongside experts.
