I am a trained high performance coach. I have a wealth of manufacturing engineering experience. My problem solving skills are first class. I have the perspective to think ahead but love keeping things simple. I have a thirst for data that drives process understanding. My business and technical programme management skills are of a high standard; learnt by working alongside experts. I have strategic-vision and have won the R-R Team Award for Innovation; leading the first ever manufacturing team to win this prestigious award.
