• Direct and manage plant operations for production and shipping.• Engage Team Leaders and team members to achieve daily assembly, quality, and delivery targets and schedules while improving operations processes and overall performance.• Collaborate with Safety & Maintenance Supervisor on compliance within assigned work cell as well as review all incidents evaluating opportunities for improvement• Organize and coordinate activities within the manufacturing operation to meet or exceed the facility and corporate goals• Work with other Production Supervision Managers on process improvements that focus on achieving Sales / Inventory / Service / Quality / EHS improvement metrics
