The Post2Post channels are fast growing Hockey related YouTube channels, with close to 100,000 subscribers between the two channels and close to 30 million views. My role as creator is to manage all aspects of the channel from planning, to filming, to editing and releasing, to managing the social channels and monitoring the analytics to adjust or change the marketing strategy if needed.

Managing all social media platforms for the dealership. Interacting with the public in the digital world, as well as face to face at the dealership and at events. Photographing vehicles, inside & out, for promotional and listing purposes. Video production introducing vehicles and features on those vehicles. Using graphic design skills in Photoshop to create visually appealing ad campaigns and vehicle listings. Advising the public and customers on Toyota products and vehicles. Meeting with customers to form meaningful relationships, as well as have financial conversations regarding their vehicle purchase. Training sales staff on sales techniques and social media strategies. Accepting vehicle deliveries from other Dealerships, as well as deliveries from the factory. - I worked with colleagues, clients, and companies around the world to create learning plans and guides to be used to train and teach employees. I trained employees and clients around the world in a virtual classroom, helping them advance their knowledge of the Skillsoft platform “Skillport”. I updated and enabled backend features on client sites to help provide better support to their employees learning needs. I performed troubleshooting and problem solving of support cases involving internal matters as well as external client issues.- I worked with such clients as NASA, Chevrolet, Ford, Toyota, US Military, Canadian Forces, Walmart, and multiple other fortune 500 companies to create high level learning plans for their employees that would result in maximum efficiency.
