Achieved by leading virtual teams of staff from across Digital, Product, Marketing, Channels, Legal, Risk and Compliance to launch the tests. Focused on Wealth Management and Retail Banking. Our tests sought to enhance customer financial wellbeing or improve the customer experience.The lead of team to refine and enable the delivery of the customer strategy for the Retail Bank, along with driving customer experience improvements in a small number of important areas. Responsible for leading the Young Adult/ Millennial segment, including strategy development and execution, and the launch into a new market. Was the CBA lead on an industry-wide customer project to update the standards of good banking practice.
