Our company rewards & incentivises patients who contribute their time and knowledge for the betterment of the many. My belief is a DAO, done right, will enable successful companies to finally harness the power of decentralised, powerful & passionate communities better than a traditional, centralised company who pay a largely random group of employees to stay motivated. Our core focus is on plant medicine, with an initial emphasis on cannabis. For many patients cannabis is both a powerful medicine and a lifestyle, making a DAO the ideal structure.IMO, saying "We put the patient first" is merely a cute business slogan unless your patient truly has some ownership of your company.
