Neil needs very little direction, he picks up on cues and extrapolates them into similar tasks with ease. He has a quick wit and adapts to most settings quickly. He was a pleasure to have in the Office. Beyond his excellent work skills, his life skills are growing well beyond his years. He is a great cook, manages his finances maturely and isn't afraid to personally fix any mechanical issues that his car presents to him. I obviously can't say enough about Neil--we would love to have him back at WG anytime and look forward to seeing how he develops his career in the future.
