I have over 15 years experience in the Social Care Recruitment Industry. Starting as a locum consultant, I then became a senior consultant being consistently in the top 5 billers in my division. Was then promoted to Team Leader. After 11 years on my locum desk I switched to the permanent division where I became the 3rd highest biller of all time in the permanent team.After 13 years at Sanctuary I was offered the chance to help set up the permanent division for Social Personnel which was created in June 2021. In this time we have grown as a Division starting with just 3 consultants (including myself) to now having 5 consultants and 2 consultant resourcer's, and my own role changing in July 2022 becoming client focussed as the Business Development Manager for the permanent team.
