Lead a 10 person organization consisting of handpicked subject matter experts that focused on G-8 strategies, integration, synchronization and coordination of Directorate efforts in accordance with G-8 priorities and intent.

Managed and directed 32 joint officers, senior government service civilians and Senior DoD contractors charged with providing warfighting analytical support and capabilities-based requirements analysis for the USCENTCOM Commander. Led modeling & simulation analysis and campaign assessments in support of current operations and contingency planning efforts and directed all analytical activities supporting deliberate, crisis action & joint strategic planning. Lead for Commands Joint Capabilities Integration & Development System (JCIDS) process involving $11B in resources. Lead for Program Budget Review (PBR), Integrated Priority List (IPL), and Joint Urgent Operational Needs (JUONS).

Provided HQDA oversight and assessment for the T&E of Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAP) for the Army and ensure thorough analysis is coordinated with HQDA staff and TRADOC on operational needs and warfighter requirements. Lead the review and approval of T&E Master Plans (TEMPs) for the Army and ensure developmental, operational, and live fire tests serve the best interests of the Army and Soldier.

Supported analytical efforts in current and future plans and operations regarding the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) in addition to the commands deliberate planning and programming assessment process. As the supervising analyst, ensured analytical products and recommendations regarding plans and programs were integrated, effective, suitable, and appropriately resourced.

Responsible for the supervision of five senior engineer, operations research, and policy analysts ranging in grades GS-15 to GS-13. Supervised analytical efforts under two major areas of command oversight for T&E Methodology and Threat Integration. As the supervising analyst, ensured analytical studies, products and recommended changes regarding T&E policy, test methodologies, modeling, simulation, and threat integration were integrated, effective, suitable, and appropriately resourced. Promulgated new T&E initiatives and ensured they reflect commanders mission, intent, and were synchronized with DoD and Army policy.

Analyzed courses of action for Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) plans and orders (OPLAN 1003V) during planning and combat operations. Worked with the CENTCOM staff to construct theater level combat scenarios and war games involving deployment and employment of US and coalition forces. Examined courses of action using quantitative techniques based on automated combat simulations and decision models. Advised and supported the Campaign Objectives Assessment Board with an analytical methodology of assessing OIF. Integral member of four battle staff wargames and CINC-led rehearsal leading to OIF.
