I provide consulting services to an array of clients which include, law firms, non-profits, financial and educational institutions, government entities, private equity firms, brokers and insurance carriers. I am a Certified Fraud Examiner.I have worked on a wide variety of complex and noteworthy investigations, which consist of misappropriation of funds cases, including a $5.2 million payroll scheme; working with counsel, auditors and boards of directors amid allegations of improper use of corporate funds by several CEOs of publicly traded companies; and the external compliance review of a waste management firm, which was alleged to have employed a possible associate of La Cosa Nostra (organized crime). More recently, I investigated allegations of fraud and corruption in an international non-profit in Asia and at a large New York City housing complex.My experience as an FBI Special Agent and Supervisory Special Agent in New York City, afforded me the opportunity to have worked on some of the FBI’s most notable investigations including the Lufthansa Robbery, TWA Flight 800, and the “Crown Heights” case, which focused on the murder of an Australian rabbinical student in Brooklyn, New York and the ensuing federal civil rights investigation requested by the U.S. Attorney General.I have extensive experience testifying before state and federal grand juries, as well as providing trial testimony in U.S. District Court and New York Supreme Court.
