Love INC's mission is to mobilize local churches to transform lives and communities in the Name of Christ - we help churches help people. Love INC fosters collaboration and organizes holistic care to help churches serve their neighbors and the community through resources and relationships. By networking churches in a community together, Love INC is able to connect caring church volunteers with their neighbors in need. Ministry Coordinators responsibilities include,1. Co-manage Love INC “gap” and “transformational” ministries alongside Partner Churches.2. Place, train, and maintain Volunteers and Coordinators within Love INC ministries.3. Serve as coordinator for any ministry that does not have one in place.4. Ensure ministries are equipped with adequate supplies and communicate any ministry needs to the greater Love INC network.5. Compile monthly reports from each Coordinator and turn them in to the Executive Director.6. Communicate ministry updates to the Clearinghouse Coordinator that are pertinent to the client referral process to ministries.7. Update and improve administrative practices for each ministry.8. Brainstorm solutions and improvements to effectively implement the mission of Love INC through each ministry.9. Ensure policies and procedures are upheld within each ministry.10. Serve on the Transformational Ministry Leadership Team.
