On a daily basis I provide front end support of our software to over 700 companies. Tasks vary from SQL reporting, advanced queries, and database maintenance. In addition to using SQL skills I am proficient in the use of Internet Information Services to deploy websites and web services. In the team lead role, I guide my team to solve complex issues and serve as an escalation point for complex problem resolution. Additionally I provide billable services, that range from upgrades/ installs of SQL, server migrations, and backup plans. Also in this role, I am responsible for the training and continuing growth of knowledge for our team. All the while, designing and implementing new business processes to improve efficiency.
