Project Manager - Work Comp DivisionLeading projects for Work Comp Customers - focusing on providing maximum value to the project. Project management and customer advocate - Working with long time customer, built strong working relationship. Managing customer support tickets, customer meetings for status, requirements sessions for enhancements, generate enhancement cost estimate and timeline, SDLC tracking, release scheduling and post-production support for division’s key customer, Spectrum Partners. Customer is a consortium of six independent rating bureaus that jointly use Spectrum - a worker’s compensation enterprise level operating system.Highlights of this time period - Successful project management for two major projects.1. Spectrum 3.0 to 4.0 conversion - moving from Oracle Forms (Web/Java based application) to Visual Studio / .NET / C# client-server application. This project was a multi year project involving 35 business subsystems.2. Adding New Jersey Compensation Rating and Inspection Board as a member of Spectrum Partners. - Project Manager/Account Manager to move client off mainframe into an established Work Comp Operation System used by 5 States (MA, MN, WI, NY and NC).
