- Annual budgeting and financial management for the Walvis Bay Branch. 36 staff- Managed all shipping, clearing/forwarding (bonded and duty paid) and logistics-related processes (by road, sea, rail, and air) through Walvis Bay (via dedicated warehousing – copper, reagents, FMCG, with livestock reporting) into Namibia and to/from neighbouring countriesKey contribution: - Opened a container depot on an under-utilised property, creating a new revenue stream and enabling fully independent yard operations with a lower cost base.

- Co-ordinated all logistics-related processes in PNG with a reduced cost base through synergies with suppliers incl. but not limited to containerised, break-bulk, and bulk commodity shipments, FMCG (fish, cocoa beans, rice, and coffee), depot development, MOU with customers, annual budgeting, profit-loss development, cost-saving initiatives- Annual throughput of 22,000teu through nine portsKey Contributions:- Resolved long-standing data entry and billing discrepancies for container detention costs, and contractor service levels, resulting in clearing erroneous charges and increased revenue - Reduced (by 65%) rejections of Reefer containers for tuna shipments by onboarding a new supplier, improving container selection and doing PTI inspections prior to empty repositioning to the shipper- Made the business case for setting up an independent container depot, for minor ACEP2 repairs, to improve quality control to Food Grade exporters as well as compliance with AUS/NZ Regulations
