The Improvement included stabilizing performance and enabled a 10% increase in user access capability. • Implemented a new monthly management reporting suite that was used by the Vodafone Enterprise IT management team. The new reporting allowed the department to address a potential £30m GRN underspend against forecast during FY13/14• Set-up a forum between IT and the business to ensure that department priorities were aligned to a common strategy. This allowed common Incidents to be both prioritized and expectations to be managed. • Drove the definition and financial under-writing of the IT delivery roadmaps for FY12/13 and FY13/14.• Refined the Engagement processes and documentation used by IT to assess projects and workload requested by the business. Worked with key IT teams and business areas to develop a cross-department process that scales to demand whilst still providing the detail of response required.
