The prime Enterprise IT point of contact for the Retail and Private sector Customer bid teams, Provide and Hosting departments within Vodafone. Responsible for the performance of Enterprise IT to these business areas.Managed a service portfolio of new and improvement projects, ensuring delivery to expectations. Accountable for the successful deployment of IT developments to the business.• Led the IT team that established and delivered the functional and system changes for a £1m+ project to upgrade the Engineering system used by the Provisioning teams. The upgrade included changes to the hardware, application and operating systems underpinning the service provided to 300+ field engineers and associated operational teams.• Oversaw the IT teams delivering both system development and service migration of the BT End-of-Life transition of more than 30,000 live customer circuits. Ensured that the programme team was able to transfer BT circuits on time.• Project managed the Service Improvement of the Amdocs – Clarify workflow application used by Vodafone. The Improvement included stabilizing performance and enabled a 10% increase in user access capability. • Implemented a new monthly management reporting suite that was used by the Vodafone Enterprise IT management team. The new reporting allowed the department to address a potential £30m GRN underspend against forecast during FY13/14• Set-up a forum between IT and the business to ensure that department priorities were aligned to a common strategy. This allowed common Incidents to be both prioritized and expectations to be managed. • Drove the definition and financial under-writing of the IT delivery roadmaps for FY12/13 and FY13/14.• Refined the Engagement processes and documentation used by IT to assess projects and workload requested by the business. Worked with key IT teams and business areas to develop a cross-department process that scales to demand whilst still providing the detail of response required.

Managed a team of six permanent Service Designers and a flexed contract workforce, developing end to end solutions for TDM Voice and Mobile developments.• Designed the cross-functional, end to end solution (order receipt through to customer bill & ongoing support) for the Tesco FMC mobile service, ensuring that Cable & Wireless processes, teams and IT systems were able to Provide, Assure and Bill the 2000+ rollout as they migrated across from BT. This included the definition of logistics, operational service metrics, roles & responsibilities and the associated training.• Production of Service literature and training material for the FMC service.• Led a solution design forum that peer reviewed developments prior to their formal issue. • Represented the project design team on a number of customer programme steering boards for key Blue Chip customer developments. (Tesco, Vodafone UK, O2, Marks & Spencer)
