• Responsible for leading two assistant managers, two supervisors and over 60 non-exempt operators to efficiently and effectively process and ship over 600,000 customer orders a week, totaling approximately 31.2 MM.
• Manage all aspects of the New Jersey distribution center including Operations, Quality Control, Maintenance, Purchasing, Payroll, Staffing and Human Resources.
• Work hand-in-hand with the United States Postal Service to ensure two day cycle time to all customers in the states of New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.
• Act as interim Regional Operations Manager and point person for the greater Northeast Region including the New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Maine, and Massachusetts facilities.
• Responsible for ensuring the distribution center meets the most stringent of monthly and annual expense plans.
• Manage all Human Resource functions within the hub including interviewing, hiring, training, disciplining, and terminating employees. Also handle all safety communications and worker’s compensation cases in facility.

• Led a six-person supervisory staff and 40 non-exempt line operators in the manufacturing of aluminum based products by providing direction in process improvement, work standards, personnel management and scheduling.
• Achieved a 20% increased product flow, 50% reduction in scrap, and a 60% reduction in downtime as a result of implementing a newly designed maintenance program on machinery that was nearly a century old.
• Drove a 15% scrap and rework reduction in key processes utilizing Kaizen methodology.
• Designed key performance indicator reporting to track critical plant parameters including safety, output, downtime, scrap, and rework.
• Reviewed and approved Process Conditions for all items being produced within the building.

• Acted as the Lead Contact between the shipyard maintenance crew and the Nuclear Reactor Officer for all maintenance performed in a three-year nuclear refueling and overhaul.
• Reported directly to the Commanding Officer the status of all quality-critical issues for the 13 departments on the ship.
• Provided maintenance and material management training to over 3,000 shipboard crewmembers.
• Directed a thirty-member crew in the areas of preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Utilized system blueprints to correctly and safely lock-out and tag-out equipment for maintenance.
