Manage a team responsible for document preparation and review in accordance with Bank policies and procedures, ensuring all proper due diligence including review of appraisals, flood determinations, lien filings, insurance, and title documentation is accurate and complete prior to closing for various types of commercial products which includes real estate, non-real estate, lines of credit and term loans.Serve as the primary point of contact for direct reports, business partners, and outside counsel to facilitate the execution and completion of closings in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy, satisfactory lien perfection and risk management. Lead and/or participate in numerous projects to identify, analyze and resolve complex issues around internal processes, procedures or self-identified audit issues. Lead the integration of new associates by identifying talent, hiring, and training/coaching. Developed training program to ensure onboarding in a timely manner with the requisite skills to be a productive contributor during annual renewal season; as well as cross-train seasoned associates on complex deal structures and collateral. Ensure the accuracy of loan documentation, lien perfection on all collateral types, and the consistent adherence to credit policies and all banking and federal regulation, with an emphasis of identifying and mitigating risk. Research, resolve and report all internal and external errors, as well as ensure proper communication and compliance of company and regulatory policies to those managed.
