TeacherBangbae School Sep 2005 - Aug 2006SeoulI took a year out to work abroad and teach. I did this in order to see if teaching would be something i could be interested in doing in the future.I taught all elements of English, including speech comprehension, reading, writing, conversation, pronunciation, listening practice and grammar to Kindergarten (5-7), Elementary school (7-13) and Middle School (14-16).Also, taught adults in both general and business English and was a part time proof-reader for corporate documents and contacting international clients.I attended two teacher training courses involving teaching structures, lesson planning, student development within reading, writing, speaking, pronunciation, listening and general improvement for these skills.During this time I discovered that I really enjoyed the idea of teaching, although i was not that interested in teaching English i was definitely interested in teaching a media based subject in the future.
